Custom orders, mattresses, mattress cores, foundations and showroom display models sold at a discount as is, are non-returnable. If one of these products is determined to be defective by Halsa Natural Sleep or the manufacturer, it will be repaired or replaced at our option. Returns and exchanges on all other products are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is unused and still in its original unopened package. When the unused item being returned is received, we will issue you a refund for the original purchase amount. Returns to Halsa Natural Sleep must be shipped pre-paid.
