Returns or exchanges on most Halsa Sleep products are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is unused and still in its original unopened package. When the unused item being returned is received, a refund or credit will be processed to the card used for the original purchase. Returns to Halsa Natural Sleep must be shipped pre-paid or returned to the store by the client.
