Shipping of products to most areas in Canada is free on purchases over $160 and a flat rate of $20 to orders under $160. Shipping to areas outside regular delivery routes may carry a surcharge. If so, we will inform you of the amount before processing your order. Shipping of large products, including beds and mattresses, will vary depending on the specific product and area, and we will calculate shipping costs for your purchase.
We will strive to confirm your order within 48 hours. If the item you wish to order is not available or is on backorder, we will notify you of this and of the expected wait time. You can cancel your order if you contact us prior to your order being shipped.
When your order is shipped, we will email you notice of the shipping date, carrier and tracking number of your order. For large items such as mattresses, we will follow up with you to ensure you received the product and were successful with assembly.
Obasan mattress assembly is relatively easy and instructional assembly videos are available for viewing on the Obasan website.
Local Delivery
If you live in the greater Okanagan Valley, from Penticton to Vernon, delivery and assembly of your Halsa Sleep mattress, adjustable bed, foundation or bedframe is complimentary. Instructional videos are available if you wish to assemble your own mattress.
Occasionally we have deliveries outside the Okanagan Valley and can offer discounted delivery to these areas – please call us to inquire. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery time and it is our policy to provide you with a one-hour window for our arrival at your home.
If you wish us to remove and dispose of your old mattress, you will need to tell us at the time we confirm your delivery date and we will take it to a recycling station for a fee of $30.
